Status of arrear amounts

Can someone please indicate what the status is of the outstanding amounts?

I got the following news from Schonberg... I have excluded the amounts, as this is a public site... but it is looking much better, well done Schonberg!
"With regards to the creditors arrears in particular the council account, the body corporate currently has three more Rxx payments to make on the arrears to council and the debt will then be paid off."
"There is also one more payment to be made to the security company of just over Rxx and then this account is settled as well."
